• Not upload or process content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise violates national or international laws.
• Not abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the system.

We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these rules.

4. User Content

Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not collect, store, or transmit your files. By using our tool, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to convert and modify the files you process.
• You understand that conversion happens entirely on your device and no content is sent to our servers.
• We do not claim any ownership of your files or the resulting PDF documents.

3. Local Processing & Privacy

A key feature of {siteName} is that all file processing happens entirely in your browser:

• Your HEIC/HEIF files are never uploaded to our servers. All conversion is performed locally on your device using client-side JavaScript.
• Your original photos and generated PDFs remain on your computer. We do not store, copy, or access your files at any point.
• No account creation or registration is required to use the conversion tool.

5. Output Quality

The PDF output is generated client-side using open-source libraries. While we strive for accurate conversion, the Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the output for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing the converted PDF before use.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website may use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare (hosting, performance, security)

These services do not have access to your files, as all conversion processing occurs locally in your browser.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or disruptions caused by third-party services. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
